About this site
This website is a public medicine search built by Home Med Cabinet. It helps you find a medicine or an active ingredient, read what the national medicines authority publishes about it, and reach the official documents.
What this site is for
Search by a medicine’s name, its brand or its active ingredient. Each medicine page gathers the facts the authority publishes in one readable place, says which source they come from, and links to the official documents where the authority publishes them.
It is an information service. It does not sell medicines, report pharmacy stock or prices, or give medical advice.
The Home Med Cabinet app
Home Med Cabinet also has a companion mobile app for managing the medicines you actually keep at home: what is in your cabinet, when medicines expire, and your family’s medicines.
They are two different things. This website is public medicine information that anyone can read, without the app and without an account. The app is where a person keeps their own medicine cabinet, and nothing from it appears on this website.
How the information is organized
Facts published by the authority and the grouping Home Med Cabinet adds are kept apart and labelled wherever they appear.
If something looks wrong
Compare it with what the authority itself currently publishes: that publication is the reference. The sources page names the authority and the dataset the catalogue comes from.
Regulatory facts are not user-editable on this site. They are refreshed from the official source, and the information shown may also change when Home Med Cabinet corrects how source data is processed.
Medical disclaimer
